Terms of service
inboxmcp is operated by MARTHA TRADE PTE. LTD. (Martha trade) · [email protected]
Read these service terms before connecting a mailbox, enabling external delivery, or subscribing. Read the service privacy notice alongside them to understand how data is handled.
Service privacyService scope
inboxmcp provides read-only synchronization, authorized access, and explicitly enabled Grok Routine delivery for compatible IMAP mailboxes. It does not send, forward, delete, archive, move, or mark source messages as read, and does not provide POP3 or SMTP. It processes copies in the connector, not a replacement or complete backup of your mailbox.
The connector does not classify mail importance, promise analysis accuracy or send device notifications itself. Your chosen AI analyzes email and decides whether to notify. The updated service includes internal processing-progress tools and MCP Events for compatible clients using protocol 2026-07-28. Actual account support, event-triggered runs and notifications require separate verification; the original six-tool synthetic tests do not establish those results. The Claude Community listing remains published and the OpenAI plugin remains under review. Native incoming-mail triggers for ordinary Claude tasks and a usable Muse delivery connection are not provided.
Your account and authorization
Connect only mailboxes you own or are authorized to handle, and make sure you may share the selected mail with the chosen agent platform. Work accounts must comply with administrator permissions and applicable account restrictions. Protect your login, app passwords, and Webhook keys. Do not share sessions or bypass other users’ permissions, quotas, or service safeguards.
Saving a mailbox, granting agent read access, and enabling continuous delivery are separate actions. Check the mailbox scope and receiving address. Upgrading an old connection to automatic folder discovery pauses monitoring; re-enabling it processes mail within the new scope. Do not use the service to access others’ accounts, abuse platforms at scale, or disrupt operations.
Plans, charges and automatic renewal
Free includes 1 connected mailbox. Plus includes up to 3 connected mailboxes for US$6 per month or US$60 per year, billed in USD for the chosen period. The annual option charges US$60 for each year, not US$5 each month. Existing beta accounts retain their existing mailbox allowance without buying Plus; the dashboard shows the allowance for your account.
Paid checkout is available only when enabled in the dashboard. You review and approve the subscription on PayPal. It renews automatically at the selected price and billing interval until renewal is stopped. Merely returning from PayPal does not activate Plus; we verify payment on the server. Sandbox pages are simulated and do not charge money or grant live Plus access.
To stop future renewals, use Membership → Stop automatic renewal in the dashboard, then check the confirmed subscription status. You can also manage automatic payments in PayPal. Pausing delivery, disconnecting mailboxes, or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Account deletion requires cancellation to be confirmed first. Already-paid access continues through the paid period, except where a refund or payment dispute affects it.
For a refund request or an incorrect charge, contact [email protected] with your account username, PayPal transaction or subscription ID, date, and the reason. Requests are reviewed individually. Stopping renewal does not request or guarantee a refund, and the dashboard does not issue automatic refunds. This process does not limit rights that apply under law.
When paid access ends, the Free allowance applies unless the account has a retained beta allowance. The oldest active connections within that allowance remain eligible; excess connections are held without deleting mail from the source mailbox. Synchronization cursors are retained. Previously enabled monitoring may resume from its retained cursor when eligible again; user-paused monitoring remains paused. Stored mail copies still follow normal retention periods.
Email providers, agent platforms and payment providers have their own terms and may impose separate fees or currency-conversion charges. Their subscriptions are not included in the inboxmcp price.
During the beta, maintenance, interruptions, compatibility changes, synchronization delays, and duplicate deliveries from retries may occur. We do not guarantee immediate processing of every message, support for every mailbox or client, or an agreed continuous-availability target. Keep access to your original mailbox and your own checks for time-sensitive matters.
Data and third-party platforms
For continuous mail retrieval, the server must decrypt stored mailbox credentials; this is not an end-to-end encrypted service. The privacy notice explains storage, retention, and backups for bodies, credentials, and preferences. When you enable Grok delivery, necessary mail content and preferences are sent to the Routine you confirm. MCP clients can read only the mailbox scope you authorize.
Third-party platforms set their own rules for received data, agent behavior, usage, notifications, and history. inboxmcp does not represent them or claim certification or endorsement. InboxMCP is published and visible in the public Claude Directory as a Community connector; OpenAI remains in review. Muse has received all required application materials and is awaiting review and testing; a Cursor Marketplace receipt does not establish xAI approval. Instructions inside email cannot replace your authorization. You and your authorized agent should check decisions about specific actions.
PayPal processes subscription approvals and payments under its own terms and privacy notice. inboxmcp uses subscription and payment identifiers, amounts, currency, dates and status to verify account access and handle support. Mail content and mailbox credentials are not sent to PayPal. See the service privacy notice for billing-data storage and deletion.
Stopping and deleting
You can pause continuous delivery, disconnect mailboxes, revoke agent access, or delete mailbox copies and your account in the dashboard. Pausing monitoring does not automatically revoke MCP read access. In-flight requests may already have been accepted by a third party. inboxmcp cannot recall data already present in third-party conversations or storage.
Online deletion and encrypted-backup cleanup are separate processes. Backups target a 30-day retention period with daily cleanup; downtime or failures may delay it. Before restoring a backup, later deletion, disconnection, and credential-change records must be checked and applied. See the privacy notice for details and contact options.
Support and service changes
Use the support page or the contact address above for connection, authorization, or data-handling issues. We may limit requests or pause affected connections to maintain the service or address abuse; contact support to check the reason. Material changes to features, conditions, or charges will be described and dated on service pages. You may choose to continue or stop and delete data based on those changes.
This page describes the current inboxmcp service arrangement. It is not a statement of platform approval or legal-compliance certification.
